1. Studio Operations and Services

Welcome to Fold & Fleur. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of our studio services, including the purchase of decorative paper, bespoke gift wrapping, and participation in our workshops. By accessing our studio or purchasing our products, you accept these terms in full.

2. Decorative Paper and Products

Our decorative papers are artisan products. Slight variations in color, texture, and pattern are natural characteristics of the production process and are not considered defects. We take great care to ensure our collections meet the highest standards of quality.

• All product sales are final once the paper has been cut or altered from its original dimensions.
• For bulk or special orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.

3. Gift Wrapping Services

Our bespoke gift wrapping service relies on the delicate handling of client items. While we exercise the utmost care during the wrapping process, we cannot be held responsible for the pre-existing condition of items brought into our studio.

4. Workshop Bookings and Cancellations

We host regular creative workshops focusing on paper crafts and wrapping techniques. To ensure a focused environment, spaces are strictly limited.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Cancellations made up to 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, though you may transfer your booking to another individual.

5. Wholesale and Stockists

For approved wholesale partners and stockists, specific terms regarding minimum order quantities, delivery schedules, and display requirements will be provided in a separate stockist agreement. These general terms apply in conjunction with any specific wholesale contracts.
